Interurban is a boutique office campus in West Plano, Texas, developed by Foundry Capital ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect through interurbantx.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name and company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The suite size you're interested in
- Anything you write in the message field
You choose what to send us. Name and email are required in order to reply; the rest is optional.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
If you reach us by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform adds tracking parameters to the web address (for example gclid from Google Ads, or utm_source and utm_campaign tags). If you then submit a form, those parameters are included with your inquiry so we can tell which advertisement brought you here.

We advertise this development online, including through Google Ads. Google and other advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to measure advertisement performance and to show you our advertisements on other websites you visit. This is commonly called remarketing.

- Formspree — receives and delivers form submissions
- Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs
- Google — advertising and website measurement
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or financing of the development.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we're actively marketing the campus and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to correct your information, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email Info@FoundryCapitalRe.com and we'll take care of it. Every marketing email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.
Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know what personal data we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same email address to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as financial account or government identification numbers through the inquiry form.
Children
This site markets commercial real estate to businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here and change the effective date at the top.
